The Information Technology Incorporation (ITInc.) is a private Training and development company established in 2002. It provides specialized software development programs to fresh graduates, as well as professional training programs and IT courses for the Egyptian Government, ministries, and local decision support lefts.
ITInc. was awarded the (ISO 9001:2008) since 2002 by ASR
In late 2002, ITInc launched its second branch in Alexandria to facilitate the widespread of Information Technology throughout the country, and expand the outreach of ITInc.

Over the past 8 years, ITInc. has supplied the Local, Regional and International markets with highly-trained professionals in various IT domains, following a variety in its training tracks, it holds short courses, 3 months certifications, 6 and 9-month intensive training program. Those graduates make up the backbone of the IT workforce in Egypt.

We have designed well-studied methodologies aiming to deliver top quality and professional IT training to meet today’s technology needs. We also contribute in providing the Egyptian market with technically qualified candidates-which consequently improves the overall level of technical capabilities and performance in today’s workforce.

We have come to realize that investing massively on field experiments and researching about "how to train and how to learn" is certainly a smart investment that greatly nurtures the level of information delivery to trainees. That is why we have a target of endless effort to improve. ITInc. Capacities and Facilities
	ITInc. is located in its own premises mentioned in the above address. The building is equipped to suit the standard ergonomics required for lecture rooms, meeting rooms, labs and library. A 90-seats cafeteria exists as well. All hardware is setup to the latest configuration to cope with the latest software and technology requirements along with a permanent maintenance department with skilled engineers available. Lecture rooms and labs are equipped with: White board Mounted Data show Speakers Overhead Projector (Available in lecture rooms only) Wireless Network (Lecture rooms only)	.

Trainers and Other Staff
	ITInc. has: More than 100 Certified Professional on its Training Force List. They cover several domain of certifications as Microsoft, CompTIA, SUN, HDI, PMI, Adobe, Oracle, Autodesk, EC-Council,… and others. 5 Staff Members are dedicated to inside and outside sales. Mainly located in Alexandria and Assiut but serves Cairo Premises as well. 2 Staff Members dedicated to Marketing, locally and abroad.

	ITInc. was founded in 2002. Through the past 8 years, ITInc. has been deeply involved in the local and foreign markets. ITInc. believed that all stable establishments should grow exponentially to achieve success in the least possible period. 	ITInc offers a wide range of quality services. Professional Certificate Programs - Microsoft Certified Tracks, Oracle Academic Initiative, Project Management Professional, International Computer Driving License, Autodesk certifications and short-term programs Postgraduate Studies - Masters in IT with leading universities of UK, Norway, Germany, Canada, France & Egypt. Essentially, ITInc. will market itself as offering the same or higher quality computer training than its larger competitors, but at a more reasonable price. ITInc., will forego many of the trappings of higher priced competitors, such as fancy imprinted folders, complimentary mouse pads, etc. Instead, ITInc. will sell to the small business market by emphasizing value and by identifying with their information, time, and budgetary needs. As part of this strategy, ITInc. will advertise in several local small business and home office magazines. ITInc. will run a half-page ad. After the initial six-month period, ITInc. is also considering running a full-page ad . The preferred mode of advertising is word-of-mouth. ITInc. hopes to hold information seminars on computing tips at all the chamber of commerce.
Goals
	Being a part of today’s dynamic IT arena, we have concluded how vital it is to stay on the top of the rapidly changing mercury-like-Industry. Consequently we have taken it upon ourselves to stay updated with top of the line technology releases. We also aim to outreach knowledge seekers outside of Egypt in the near future through expanding our presence internationally to shine our services light upon those whom strive for more refined forms of living-upholding Industry international standards. Moreover, we have commenced putting together an e-Learning project enabling those whom we cannot reach to use our virtual services to obtain the knowledge they are after. We simply look at our potential growth and expansion through the optimistic scope of "The way to train". To create, shape, nurture and empower the Egyptian IT community, by developing and disseminating state-of-the-art training processes on forefront applications and programs.
Added Value to Development Market
	As we seek steady and powerful participation in market. ITInc. has been accredited long time ago from Prometric as a certified test centre. Through this, ITInc. is setting an annual plan to certify 1000 (ONE Thousand) Individuals in different certificates. Of these 1000 individuals, we expect a minimum of 15 – 20 who will complete a whole certificate track (MCSE, MCAD, OCP, … etc). On the other hand, we will be holding about 7000 MS-Office exams via UNESCO including (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, IT and Access).
Customer Satisfaction and Q.A.
	Information Technology Incorporation (ITInc.) is well aware of the customer satisfaction processes as it is already an ISO certified and accredited establishment. We conduct evaluation survey upon the completion of each course. Evaluation are done on 3 levels basically: Satisfaction Level ONE: Course Evaluation Satisfaction Level TWO: Instructor Evaluation Satisfaction Level THREE: Material Evaluation The evaluation system is provided on an intranet on our website and each customer (Trainee) has a log into his/her account. The submission of the evaluations is dropped anonymously in a database where it is electronically calculated to sum up a level not less than 70%. A corrective action is taken (as mentioned in our ISO regulation book) for evaluations less than 70% satisfactoriness. This is to ensure maintaining quality delivered by our side to all customers without any bias. Software Piracy is Prevented by: We do not allow any CD or DVD copiers installed in any of the trainees machines We do not allow any portable transfer media to enter the building All staff and trainees are aware of these instructions as well as mentioned to the staff and printed on the green board. Security has restricted instructions that all suitcase should be subjected to monitoring.
