Geographical Information System Projects
GIS Center for Port Said Governorate Project Name: Geographical Information Center Customer: Port Said Governorate. Beneficiaries: The different governmental service sectors, The governorate business units,The investors and investment organizations, and The port Said citizens. Project Overview: ITINC. has designed and developed a geographical information system, ITINC. were responsible about the GIS center site preparation, Network installation, HW and equipments delivery installation and operation, and all the necessary software for map construction, scanning, digitizing, and geographical data base. In addition ITINC. has developed set of applications for geographical data entry, data linking and georeferncing , maps manipulation. Top Environmental GIS Center for Demietta Governorate Project Name: Environmental GIS Center Customer: Demietta Governorate. Beneficiaries: The governorate environment department. Project Overview: ITINC. in cooperation with SEAM (Support for Environmental Assessment and management), has constructed geographical information center, and conducted the necessary training for the governorate staff, ITINC. provides the technical support to keep the GIS unit operating and functioning . Beneficiaries: The different governmental service sectors, The governorate business units, The investors and investment organizations, and The port Said citizens. Project Overview: ITINC. Has designed and developed an integrated geographical information system, ITINC. were responsible about the GIS center site preparation, Network installation, HW and equipments delivery installation and operation, and all the necessary software for map construction, scanning, digitizing, and geographical data base. In addition, ITINC. has developed a set of application for Maps and spatial data manipulation to support the decision making process, those applications are: Quarries application, Ground water resources application, Flood corridors application, Environment monitoring application, and Urban planning application. Beneficiaries: The different governmental service sectors, The governorate business units,The investors and investment organizations, and The Port Said citizens. Project Overview: ITINC. has designed and developed an integrated geographical information system, the developed system is a web based GIS; it aims to integrate the GIS with the DB applications used at the different governorate business units, namely the Urban planning department, the Environment department, the Tourism department, habitants department, and the governor, secretariat general and the secretariat general assistant offices.
