is CAPM?
|

Launched in 2003, the CAPM recognizes individuals with a
demonstrated understanding of the fundamental knowledge, processes, and
terminology as defined in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge
(PMBOK® Guide), the standard of project management's good practices. The CAPM
credential candidate contributes to a project team as a subject matter expert
and may also serve as a sponsor, facilitator, liaison, or coordinator.

Project Management Process Groups
The course covers the needed 24 hours of the official training needed by PMI to
be eligible to register for the CAPM certificate exam.
The course is very suitable for the project team members how have an experience
less that 3 years, and are not eligible to pass the PMP exam.
The course consists of 6 sessions: 1.Framework and
Introduction.
2.Time management
3.Costmanagement + Quality management
4.Communication,HR management
5.Risk management
6.Procurement and Integration management.

from PMI, Practicing project managers or consultants, chosen
for their knowledge of PMBOK and their presentation abilities.

Al-Najjar is a certified Project Management Professional from
Project Management Institute ( PMI ), U.S.A he has B.S.C in
Civil Engineering. He also a lecturer on Managing Project Information such as
Planing, Scheduling, Resource and cost analysis using Primavera software
project management tools
Eng. Akram is a Middle eastern & Gulf reputable consultant and trainer. He
has done consultations and management for multi-million projects in the area of
project management, Planing and cost control.

Lectures
are delivered at the ITInc. premises. The program requires the participants to
spend extensive time on cases and group discussions. |
